Muhammad Uteem was an associate of US firm Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Robert (now Pilsburry Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP) and worked principally in its Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
More than 80% of the Chamber’s practice involves advising international clients, multinational enterprises, international law firms, the top ten international accountant firms, management companies, domestic and international banks.
The Chambers deals with the setting up of funds in India and in various jurisdictions in Africa, China etc. It is also involved in the implementation of international transactions, negotiation, drafting of transaction documents and review of all legal documentation inclusive of trusts deeds, corporate constitutive documents, credit facility documents, etc. The Chambers undertakes international litigation such as international bankruptcy, enforcement of international creditor’s claim and anti money laundering.
