I launched Larimer Law after spending 8 years managing litigation for a multinational medical device and pharmaceutical company. In that role I came to understand one of the primary challenges of the corporate law department: maintaining realistic litigation budgets without sacrificing quality of legal representation. Having worked with lawyers and law firms of all types around the world, I saw that for many matters the traditional large firm model did not adequately address those needs. We live in a time when market forces are changing the legal landscape. I formed Larimer Law to take advantage of these evolving market forces, such as decreasing labor costs and developments in e-discovery technology and methods, that enable my firm to provide representation to corporate clients that is effective, flexible and affordable. I operate as a sole practitioner, giving my clients direct access to my expertise while maintaining the flexibility to scale resources up rapidly based on the needs of the engagement through partnerships with contract review teams and legal technology vendors.
