Ray Hogge, the founder of Hogge Law, entered the practice of law in 1989, after serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Robert G. Doumar, a judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Throughout his career he his law practice has concentrated on labor and employment law.
In 2005 Ray formed his own law firm, Raymond L. Hogge, Jr., PLC, as a sole practitioner. The firm later began doing business as Ray Hogge & Associates, PLC, to reflect the hiring of other attorneys. Subsequently, the firm adopted its current name, Hogge Law. Until 2013, the focus of the firm was exclusively labor and employment law.
