Target is great if you're looking for part-time work and/or very few hours.

What's Good

Great Team Environment. Everyone working towards the same goal.

What's Not so Good

Too many employees and not enough hours.

It's a great company to work for if you are a student or someone who is looking for supplemental income.

Friendly environment and very flexible for students attending college.

What's Not so Good

Extremely hard to work full-time, schedule is constantly changing, and team leaders are not willing to listen to feedback from team members.
